shipping

how much is shipping? we now offer free shipping on all USA orders of $75 or more. all other orders vary based on carrier, size, weight & zone.

how do you package your orders? all orders are packed using up-cycled or compostable materials. 

when will my order arrive? your order will be picked and packed within 24-48 hours of placing the order online. our goal is to ship each order the same day, excluding sundays. 

 

returns

what is your return policy? in effort to cut down on waste & emissions, all products are final sale. most of our products are unpackaged and would not be sanitary to re-sell. however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email hi@thewellrefill.com

 

refills

can we order refills online? at the moment, we only offer refills in store. we recommend trying out one of our solid products like the dish soap block or shampoo bars as these have a lighter footprint when shipping.

what are your refill products made of? each product has been handpicked from various vendors, many of which are California based. to view ingredients, please check out our refill menu. all of our products are free of SLS, parabens and phthalates. we strive to find products with minimal ingredients that are good for you and the planet!

are your products septic safe and biodegradable? yes! every single product is biodegradable and septic safe. also, every product is safe to use for gray water, but some products like baking soda and borax is not recommended to use in the garden. 

are your products vegan? every item in the shop is 100% vegan and cruelty free. 

 

gift cards

do you offer gift cards? yes, our gift cards are virtual and work both in store and online. you can purchase one here.

how do I send a friend a gift card? once you purchase the gift card, you will get two emails and one of them will have the gift card information. you can print this and put it in a card or forward it to your friend so they have it on file.

i lost my gift card! we are unable to retrieve the gift card codes, but we can resend the email, so contact us if you've lost your info and we'll look up your order.
